Back of house


The back of the house had a very upright, narrow appearance - aided by the high chimneys. The rear chimney stack had four large pots on it, the largest of which I discovered one day was just sitting there: the cement flaunching had crumbled away, and this was directly over my bed! I removed all four pots and lowered the stack by several courses.
